All parts of you matter. Your work self, your home self; Your feminine, your masculine; Your empowered self, your irritable self; Your relentless habitual self, and your desperately-ready-for-change self.

We usually abandon parts of ourselves when we’re acting out of obligation, fear, hyper-independence, or avoidance — all of which can leave us feeling disconnected, anxious, disappointed, exhausted, and depleted.

Just as yoga is a practice, therapy is a practice of prioritizing yourself, speaking honestly, and showing up with unfiltered authenticity.

Therapy for the modern mind.

It’s not about perfection or productivity, it’s about authenticity and vulnerability. It’s about feeling like yourself each day and living the life you want.

Therapy centered in self discovery, deepening connection, and living authentically in your daily life.

  • I tend to work with anxious, ambitious late 20s-30s-40s year olds who want support in their current life stage.

  • I meet with clients for 50 minutes on a weekly basis. The work will include looking at the past, present, and future. While we don’t need to harp on old feelings from the past, I believe acknowledging where we came from is vital for moving through and making sense of the present. Additionally, we can incorporate mind-body connection when it feels supportive and authentic to you. I collaborate with clients to help guide discovery and move at a pace that feels comfortable.

  • Reach out and we can set up time for us to chat and we can go from there.
