MENSTRUAL WELLNESS IS A TYPE OF COACHING FOCUSED ON ONE’S RELATIONSHIP WITH THEIR MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

This is a specific type of work that can be transformative and healing to connect with yourself in a new way. I offer sessions one-on-one or for private groups.

Tired of feeling like you hate your period.

Seeking a better relationship to your cycle.

Wanting information to minimize menstrual symptoms.

Feeling alone during a challenging time in reproductive health.

Looking to lean into a more cyclical life personally, professionally, or creatively.

Ending or beginning a new chapter in your menstrual health:

  • New chapter having a cycle: Return of menstruation, for example after postpartum, eating disorder recovery, recovery after pregnancy loss or termination

  • In the middle of a chapter: Difficulty with menstrual cycle during medical health issue, Trying to conceive, Working on relationship with cycle in regards to gender identity, Support for AFAB and relationship to one’s cycle

  • Ending chapter no longer having a cycle: Ending of menstruation, perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, reproductive health issue
